Real Life Barbie & Ken! | Washington DC Wedding Photographer | Julie Marie Portraits
I was super lucky to be able to photograph this gorgeous wedding in downtown Washington, DC, and I was able to bring along the fabulous Vida Carson as my second shooter! The day couldn't have been more perfect. The bride was absolutely gorgeous, classy and super laid back....she looked like a model out of Vogue. The groom, looking ever so handsome, was so laid back, too and just so happy to be marrying his beautiful bride. Anyway, the day was perfect for this real-life Barbie & Ken (they are just that perfect!), and I wish them a lifetime of happiness together! It's late, so I'm going to be short on words....I think the pictures will tell the story of their day!

Something New | Julie Marie Portraits
I am happy to announce that JMP is now offering photo boxes!
Photo boxes are great because you can just stash your photos in them, and it looks great! What's great about the photo boxes is that they can be customized with your photos and color coded to match your home. I always tell myself that I'm going to get organized and put everything in albums but that just never seems to happen. So, now I am going to get organized with customized photo boxes!
The photo box below is one that I created for my little guy. I plan on doing 1 (or more) photo boxes each year for him. Photo boxes are also great for putting wedding proofs in, bar/bat mitzvah proofs in, etc...
For more info, just contact me!
The boxes come in 4 different sizes:
4x6-100 prints Image Box
4x6 -250 prints Image Box
5x7-100 prints Image Box
5x7-250 prints Image Box (this is the one that is below & it holds up to 250 5x7 (or smaller) prints)

What To Wear! | Julie Marie Portraits
This family has it going on! Not only are they a ton of fun, but they definitely know how to dress! Mom knew that I loved layers, and she knew exactly how to dress this family! I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED their outfits....notice how everything does not match, but yet it all goes together?
Playing Catch Up! | Julie Marie Portraits
I had the pleasure of photographing J's Bat Mitzvah back in October. The day couldn't have turned out more perfect, and I think the pictures will show you that, too! I just want to thank the "B" family and Miss J....you guys were so, so kind, and I had the best time photographing J's special day! Enjoy!
