So, I thought I'd do a quick photo session with my boys.....i really want one of them both smiling at the same time (and with Dexter would even be better) so that I can get a HUGE print for their playroom. Well, as you can see, getting my 18 month old, Johnny, to cooperate is probably not going to happen....at least not today!  But...thanks, Jake, for being a trooper and smiling the entire time and putting up with your baby brother jumping on you! Gosh, do I love these boys!

Valentine's Day Mini-Sessions on January 11th

Johnny Turns 1 | Julie Marie Portraits | Chicago Photographer

My sweet baby boy turned one on Friday.  How is that possible!  Somebody recently said that the days are long, but the years fly by.  Johnny's first year just flew by!  We need to just slow things down a bit!!  So, if you remember Jake's 1st birthday party, you know we had to come up with something great for Johnny, too!  I enlisted the help of Nico and Lala, and they created the cutest invite ever along with the party swag with a snowman theme and the perfect colors!  I only told them I wanted a snowman theme and to use the color navy, so I could use my navy/white table cloth! :)   From there, the party fell into place!

Also, in exciting news....Johnny's party is featured on Amy Atlas today!!  Here are some photos from the party!

Happy Birthday, my sweet baby boy!  You are the kindest, happiest little in the whole world, and I'm so blessed to be your mama!  Thanks for filling our lives with even more joy than we could have ever imagined!!  We love you!! xoxo
